Privacy policy
Effective from 3 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
Stockton Driveways is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. That company is the data controller for personal information collected through stocktondriveways.co.uk. If you have a question about this notice, send it through the form on this website or call 01642 053787.
Our form provider
The enquiry form is part of stocktondriveways.co.uk rather than an embedded third-party form. When you send it, your details go to our own form handler on Cloudflare, which stores them in a Cloudflare D1 database and then adds them to our customer records system, HighLevel, a US company acting as our data processor. That can mean your details are transferred to the United States, protected by the safeguards in HighLevel's data processing terms.
Cookies set by the form
The form sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Along with what you type, it sends the address of the page you are on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (utm_ values), so we know where enquiries come from. Our cookies page has the details.
Hosting and site security
The website is served by Cloudflare, which handles your IP address and similar technical data to load pages and block abuse. There are no analytics tools and no tracking or advertising cookies on Stockton Driveways.
A map of each area, provided by Google Maps, is available on our location pages but stays off until you click to show it. After that, the map is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Security checks on the form
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is sending the form, which involves processing basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. To stop spam and repeated submissions we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with your enquiry and in a short-lived rate-limit record, never the address itself. No Facebook or advertising pixel is used.
The details we ask for
Using the form means sharing your name, phone number, email address, postcode and, if you wish, a message. We need these to get back to you and arrange a quote. If you phone 01642 053787 instead, we use what you say in the same way. The site does not ask you to register.
Who we share information with
Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. Nobody else gets your details for marketing, and we do not sell them.
Our lawful basis
The basis for using your data is your own request for a quote (pre-contractual steps) and, alongside it, our legitimate interest in following up enquiries.
How long details are held
Your details stay on file for a maximum of 24 months following our most recent contact, then they are removed.
Your rights
Your rights include getting a copy of your personal data, having errors put right, asking for erasure and objecting to or restricting processing. All of these can be requested through the enquiry form, and we always answer within one month.
Raising a concern
Please tell us first if something has gone wrong. You can also take a complaint to the ICO, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Changes will be published here, with a new date at the top of the page.
